SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 14, 2024 // Quid, a leading provider of model-driven outcomes, has announced the launch of its Corporate. Brand. Health. Solution. With this Solution, we will model your business ecosystem and provide insights that protect your customer base, increase revenue, diminish unnecessary costs, retain employees, and evolve your products and services. Quid pairs your business context with consumer and market data, Analytical, Model + Data engineering, and AI to drive positive outcomes for your company.
Corporate. Brand. Health. is an essential fiduciary responsibility for the CEO, CMO, CFO, COO, and Board of Directors. Companies are ill equipped to tackle this responsibility, wasting time and money on too many tools and not enough outcomes. Quid divides this mandate into Risk Mitigation and Corporate Opportunity, which requires companies to involve and influence all business stakeholders. We help you maintain Corporate. Brand. Health by building custom AI models applied to social media and market data together with a company’s internal data (optional). We deliver contextual, actionable insights focusing on strategic initiatives across the company. These insights make for easier, quicker decisions, and drive towards positive outcomes for the company, its employees, and shareholders. The measurement of Corporate. Brand. Health. comes from its impact on increased revenue, higher net promoter scores, greater employee retention, lower costs, and higher performing stock price. We will later in the paper share factual evidence of our impact.
Today, companies fail at understanding how to protect and enrich their brands. There is wasteful, redundant, ineffective investment in vendors, agencies, consultancies, software and in-house hires that aren’t equipped to achieve these results efficiently, with the necessary pace, and change the ecosystems in which they operate. Companies have trouble evolving where their customers, competitors, employees and consumer cultures are headed. They don’t often see the opportunity in competitors’ missteps or whitespace in their industry that could transform their business. They don’t run their business or adapt their products/services quickly enough to what customers want to buy. They don’t have Risk Tracking set up to spot issues before they emerge, aren’t set up with the right processes involving the necessary stakeholders when an issue arises, and in a reactive stance on issue response. This could mean unnecessarily reacting to consumer pressure from people who are not your customers or fans. As an Outcome Eengineering company, Quid will work with you to prevent catastrophic crises that cause customer churn, employee strikes, physical harm to staff or customers, stock volatility, lost revenue from supply chain issues, and loss of your own job.
Market-driven models are our business. You lack the time and technology to combine data, software, engineering models, and AI. Consider us an essential part of your workforce.

How do we position ourselves and push down competitors
Q: What does Quid do for me versus make me do for myself?
A: Through Quid’s insight desk model, our focus is on delivering market-driven, actionable, insights to help our clients drive to clear business outcomes. Our clients can determine how they want to be involved, from completely outsourcing to Quid as a managed service, cocreating together, or accessing data and synthesizing insights directly through our terminal.
Q: Do I have to use the end-to-end offering?
A: No, the desired outcomes are defined together, with a workflow designed for your unique operating environment and configured to meet your technical integration capacity. Individual steps can be completed manually as needed.
Q: What kind of decision-making will this enable?
A: Quid provides powerful outcome-oriented insights that guide business decisions such as internal/external comms, lower costs, increasing revenue, improving marketing strategy, and stabilizing stock price.
Q: How much investment does this require?
A: Pricing is highly dependent on the size and scale of the deployment, as it’s a function project scope, the departments it covers, and desired trend volume are three major factors in pricing
Q: Can anyone see my data? Is my instance private to me?
A: No. The underlying data is provisioned with our device agnostic Quid Terminal where a customer will access the insights, the evidence to support each insight, keep track how they acted on the data, and what the outcomes were. Each customer will have their own separate and secure instance. The connectivity is private to the customer and is accessible to internal Quid employees on an as-needed basis once approved by customer.
Q: How long does it take to go live?
A: Customers can be live in a few weeks with the agreement of our first outcome-based initiative. Customer will over time be able to independently onboard and engage with Quid’s engineering teams to secure shared insights from our shared desks that are based on regions, industries and events.
Q: What does a customer have to do to be successful?
A: Together we define projects; statements of work with contracted outcomes. These projects can be continuous (subscriptions) or ad-hoc (consumptions). We deliver a continuous stream of actionable, contextual insights to the business users. Our success is measured by the quality and speed of our delivery.
Q: What data do we need from customers?
A: We need priority stakeholder interviews, mutual alignment on process, desired outcomes, and KPIs. The more we know about what you know and what you’re concerned about, the more our insights can be additive, not speculative. Our models are extensible, and customers can also provide us with data sources that help train the models for more contextual outcomes such as employee/customer surveys, call center transcript, and focus group transcripts. These data sets are not shared with other Quid tenant, remain 100% private, and proprietary to the models built specifically for your business.
Q: Is there anyone else involved other than Quid?
A: Today Quid uniquely combines Software Engineering, Data and Model Engineering and Analytical Engineering to serve the business users in its customer base. We provide both dedicated and shared services as part of our offering. Customer analysts today can join our customer teams at no charge. In the future, we expect to enable external analysts to join Quid’s Analytical Engineers that drive business outcomes for our customers.
Q: Do I get to see how Quid finds insights?
A: Yes, we can walk you through how this is done, and our Engineering teams are eager to partner with you to fine-tune our models to meet your specific business case and operational requirements. Corporate. Brand. Health. is intended to be a resource of actionable insight and interrogable data, not a black box.
Q: Can my own team partner with Quid to work on the platform?
A: Yes, for all Quid customers all internal analysts will have access to the entire Quid platform included and will partner with Quid Software along with our Data, Model, and Analytical Engineering functions. We are 100% committed to the success of the projects, the insights within them to drive business outcomes.
Q: What about my own data? Can we leverage that?
A: Absolutely. Our models are designed to ingest multiple data sets from a wide range of potential sources, including your internal data. We can integrate directly with your systems to connect trend data with your tech stack to improve transparency and operational effectiveness
