Quid, Inc., a startup that helps organizations analyze and visualize large volumes of written content, has signed a partnership agreement with ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation to expand the reach of their intelligence platform in Asia. ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation will be an official distributor of all Quid products in Japan, including its three English-language datasets (News & Blogs, Companies, and Patents) and a custom upload feature now available in both English and Japanese.
Quid uses artificial intelligence and powerful visual mapping to extract meaning from unstructured text-based data at scale. The software is industry-agnostic, with applications across strategy, marketing, research, and innovation teams. “We are very excited to be working with ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation on our expansion into Japan,” said Sinohe Terrero, CFO and COO at Quid. “They cover a broad range of sectors that can benefit from this technology.”
ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation’s large customer base, as well as their extensive knowledge of the Japanese market will expand Quid’s fast-growing footprint in Japan. The company will provide customer training and maintenance support, and plans to target new business in the manufacturing, trading, financial, telecom, and service industries.
